Comprehensive Security

1. Security, in the traditional sense, is equated with the threats to a " country's territorial integrity " ( territorial security or military security ).

2. Concept Comprehensive Security : a state can not protect its security only by seeking arms, only by having a strong military capability and a high degree of military preparedness. Much more is involved a part of military aspect : ideological, political, economic, industrial, technological and cultural aspects. All have a role to play.

3. Comprehensive security includes both military and non-military aspects.
